Who we are

This website serves as a comprehensive platform where Customers can request research assistance on essays, dissertations, and other types of writing projects. The essays, dissertations, and other writing services (collectively referred to as the Product hereafter) are created by freelance Writers. The Company ensures delivery of the Product to the Customer, provided the Order is fully paid and all necessary details for completion are submitted.

By using this website, placing an Order, or checking the acceptance box, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the Customer does not agree, they should not use the site or access its services. The Company is not responsible for any issues resulting from the Customer’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Key Definitions

‘Agreement’ refers to these Terms and Conditions.

‘Writer’ refers to the individual who has entered into a freelance contract with the Company to provide research and writing services in line with the Company’s standards.

‘Customer’ refers to the individual who places an Order with the Company and is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

‘Order’ is an electronic request submitted by the Customer for a paid service to obtain a specific Product or service.

‘Order Status’ indicates the current stage of the Order’s progress.

‘Product’ is the final document, delivered electronically, resulting from the completion of an Order.

‘Product Revision’ is an updated version of the original Product requested by the Customer.

‘Support Team’ or ‘Support’ refers to the Company’s department dedicated to assisting customers and facilitating the Order process.

‘Quality Assurance Department’ is the Company’s division responsible for ensuring the quality of the Products and services provided.

‘Messaging System’ is an online communication tool enabling interaction between the Customer and the Support Team or Writer.

‘Verification Process’ is a procedure that verifies the Customer’s billing identity to prevent fraudulent activities.

‘Store Credit’ is a credit balance that the Customer maintains within the Company.

  1. Nature of Product and Terms of Use

1.1. The Company provides writing services through freelance professionals. The Product is delivered “as is” and is intended solely for research or reference purposes. The Company cannot be held accountable for the Customer’s grades, or for any misuse of the Product or the information contained therein.

1.2. The Company referred to herein is EssaysUniverse, operating under the legal entity VPstar Ltd, which provides the services outlined in this agreement.

  1. Order Process

2.1. To place an Order, the Customer must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address and phone number. The Company is not responsible for delays or quality issues arising from incorrect contact details.

2.2. Instructions provided by the Customer must be clear and precise. Any additional instructions necessary for the completion of the Order must be submitted promptly. Requests for revisions must align with the original instructions. Any changes beyond the initial requirements are considered “editing” and may incur additional fees.

2.3. The Writer may use various relevant sources for research, including books, journals, and online publications, unless otherwise specified by the Customer. If particular sources are critical, they must be provided by the Customer within the timeframes specified.

2.4. The Customer is responsible for selecting the correct academic level for the assignment. If an error is made, the Customer must contact Support immediately for correction.

2.5. The Customer is encouraged to regularly check the Messaging System for updates, questions, and instructions.

2.6. The Company reserves the right to modify or reprocess Orders with inconsistent details or incorrect descriptions. Additional charges may apply for changes to deadlines or Writer levels.

2.7. The Customer can monitor Order progress and status through their personal account on the website.

2.8. The Customer may request a draft of the Product, but drafts are not guaranteed for urgent Orders.

2.9. The Customer can specify a preferred Writer, but the Company reserves the right to decline such requests based on quality or timeliness issues. In such cases, the Customer will be informed and may choose to proceed or select another Writer.

  1. Prices and Payment

3.1. Payment must be made in full before work on an Order begins. If additional payments are requested, prompt processing is required to avoid delays.

3.2. Prices are listed on the website but may be subject to adjustments due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or other factors. Taxes and international fees are not included in the listed prices and must be borne by the Customer.

3.3. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding their account and payment information. Unauthorized transactions are not the responsibility of the Company.

3.4. Payments may be processed by different billing companies depending on Order type, urgency, and quality level.

3.5. Discount codes must be applied at the time of Order submission. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Multiple discounts or promotions cannot be combined.

  1. Delivery Policy

4.1. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a delay occurs and the Customer is notified, no refund or compensation is provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

4.2. If a revision is requested after the initial deadline, no refund will be issued. Revisions do not include adjustments to delivery timelines.

4.3. If the Product is delivered on time but the Customer fails to download it, the service is considered complete, and no refund will be provided.

  1. Verification Process

5.1. To prevent fraud, the Company may request documentation to verify the Customer’s billing information. All submitted verification documents are used solely for this purpose and are not stored after verification is complete.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to forward card details to another payment processor if the initial authorization fails.

5.3. Customers must promptly comply with verification requests to avoid delays in Order completion.

5.4. Unauthorized use of stolen payment information is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.

  1. Termination Policy

6.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel any paid Order if there is insufficient communication from the Customer or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Refunds in such cases are at the Company’s discretion.

  1. Revision Policy

7.1. The Company offers free revisions if requested within 14 days of the Order’s completion. Longer assignments (e.g., dissertations) are eligible for revisions within 30 days. Late revision requests may incur additional charges.

7.2. The Quality Assurance Department may limit or decline revisions that deviate from the original instructions.

7.3. If the revision request adheres to the original requirements, the Company will provide the revision at no additional cost.

  1. Plagiarism Policy

8.1. A plagiarism report can be provided for an additional fee. Revisions do not automatically include updated plagiarism reports.

8.2. The Product may contain minimal amounts of plagiarism due to the freelance nature of the work. The Company does its best to ensure quality, but the Product is provided “as is.”

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

9.1. The Product is intended to meet the Customer’s original instructions.

9.2. The Company cannot guarantee plagiarism-free content for editing or formatting services. Materials not produced by the Company are not reviewed for plagiarism.

9.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the Messaging System or email. If the Customer is dissatisfied, a revision can be requested. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.

9.4. Full refunds are available before a Writer is assigned. Partial refunds may be offered if the Customer cancels after work has begun, depending on the amount of work completed.

9.5. Refund requests due to quality concerns require detailed evidence. The Quality Assurance Department will review the request and may ask for additional information before approving a refund.

9.6. If a full refund is issued, the Company retains full authorship of the Product and reserves the right to use, resell, or distribute it. The Customer forfeits the right to use the refunded Product.

9.7. Store credits issued as compensation are non-refundable and must be used within one year.

  1. Promotional Materials

10.1. The Company may contact Customers via email about new services, discounts, and other offers.

10.2. By providing contact information, Customers consent to receiving promotional communications. Customers can unsubscribe at any time.

10.3. The Customer waives any claim against the Company for receiving promotional communications.

  1. Waiver of Breach

11.1. A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breaches.

11.2. The Company’s failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term or any future breaches.

  1. Amendments

12.1. The Company may amend this Agreement at any time. Customers agree to be bound by the updated terms by continuing to use the service.

  1. Entire Agreement

13.1. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

  1. Severability

14.1. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

  1. Law Governing

15.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is based.

  1. Place of Suit

16.1. Legal disputes must be resolved in the courts of the Company’s principal place of business.

  1. Other Jurisdictions

17.1. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws in their jurisdiction.

  1. Personal Data

18.1. The Company processes personal data based on consent, contract, or legitimate interest. Legitimate interests include improving the site, enhancing services, and ensuring security.

18.2. Customers can access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data. Requests must be submitted in writing and may require identification verification.

18.3. The Company does not sell personal data and adheres to data protection regulations, including GDPR.

  1. Consent Withdrawal

19.1. Customers can withdraw their consent for data processing at any time by contacting the Company.

19.2. If consent is withdrawn and no other legal basis exists, the Company will stop processing personal data.

20.1. The Company implements robust security measures to protect personal data. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
